Don is the congregation care pastor at Celebration. In this role Don leads our young at heart ministry and runs Grief Share, our grief support group. Don has been married to Johanna for over 50 years and they have 5 grown children and 7 grand children.
What is your heart for your ministry?
"I am all in with the ministry areas that I lead at Celebration Church. I love the folks in the Young at Heart group and think of them as my family. Leading GriefShare has been a blessing and it is very satisfying seeing people move ahead in their lives after a loss. I love to pray and enjoy that part of my involvement immensely."
What is something interesting about yourself?
"Something interesting about my self is that I love Toronto sports teams."
What is your favourite thing about being part of the Celebration Church family?
"My favourite thing about being a part of the Celebration Church family is being able to contribute to the ministry there, as a member of the family."
